Current player rankings

The rankings are based on the last three tournaments (WB11-13).  Each year is given equal weight.  Each player is given a score out of 100 based on his individual statistical rankings, and the overall Rating is the average of the three scores.  Pitchers are given a batting score and a pitching score, and the higher score is used.
